A joint nationwide initiative through the four main ISPs – Sky, BT, TalkTalk and Virgin Media – Internet Matters is an independent not-for-profit organisation designed to help parents keep their children safe online. Venturethree, responsible for creating the brand strategy and identity from the ground up, commissioned us to produce the digital advertising component of the campaign which was used to drive awareness and spark engagement in this highly topical area.
Using a combination of the arresting research statistics and the super simple ‘iconography of the internet’ art direction, we brought the campaign to life online by creating custom animations to dramatise the statistical facts. Never being ones to turn down a challenge, not only did we come up with some fairly complex custom animations to complement each of the creative executions, we also committed to doing this within a 40k standard media file size to maximise the media budget. Through some smart vector skills and silky code, we produced a whole suite of desktop and mobile ads that ran across high profile inventory to help drive the message home.
