  • Supernatural is being reborn. Same coaches, same DNA, same obsession with making fitness feel like the best part of your day — now under a new, independent company we’re starting from the ground up. The next chapter is going to be even better than the last one, and we want you involved from day one.

  • We’re aiming to relaunch the VR experience in fall 2026.

  • The original founders and coaches, along with a small, core team — with the same Supernatural mission driving us all.

  • Yes, the new Supernatural experience is coming to Quest. When the new service is ready later this year, we’ll send clear instructions on how to sign up. Register here to be first to get details.

  • Because the new app is a fresh start with its own accounts and privacy policy, not everything moves over. Here’s what we can tell you right now: We are working hard to bring forward your points, streaks, and join dates! Unfortunately, Favorites (My List) will not carry over. But we are bringing forward as much of the original library as licensing allows, and it will keep growing over time!

  • Your current subscription is managed by Meta. For billing, changes, cancellations, or refunds, contact Meta at support@getsupernatural.com. If your annual plan runs past December 3, 2026 Meta will issue a prorated refund around that date. Additional details about your current subscription can be found here.

  • Yes. As a fresh new independent company, the new price allows us to keep the bar high - for years, not just for a season. It also allows us to continue paying the team industry salaries with real benefits, sign our own music deals and invest in new features while your coaches continue to celebrate and support you full time. Founding Members lock in $180/year for their first year. After launch, standard pricing is $20/month or $200/year. Monthly signups open when we launch in Fall 2026; right now the site is set up for annual Founding Member registration only.

  • Sign up for an account on WeAreSupernatural.com. That’s the whole thing. No payment now, no card, no catch. Founding members are the people on the list from day one - you get the new service in your hands before anyone else, you lock in our founding rate for your first year and you help us spread the word as we rebuild. The founder rate is only available to people who sign up before we launch. So grab your spot for the discounted founder rate today!

  • At launch, Supernatural will be available in the United States and Canada. If you want to bring SN to your country, sign up as a Founding Member so that we know where our people are. Today, we don’t have any details on international to share, but if you sign up as a Founding Member, you'll be the first to know as soon as anything is announced.

  • Everyone needs their own account at WeAreSupernatural.com (old Meta profiles don't carry over). Shared/household subscriptions aren't confirmed for launch yet - it's something we'd love to bring back. Any household member can sign up as Founding Members now to lock in early access.

  • We'll support Quest 2 for as long as Meta continues to.

  • Any email works. Fresh Supernatural accounts are separate from your old Supernatural account, so you do not need to match the email you used before. You can sign up with email or Google SSO, and Meta or Facebook linkage is not required.

  • While signed in, click your name in the top-right to open your profile, then click 'Update Name' just beneath your name.

  • Taking care of your body and mind shouldn’t feel out of reach, which is why we offer a limited number of quarterly scholarships to lift up community members whose financial challenges have made it extremely difficult to prioritize their health and fitness. Our team carefully reviews each unique application to grant support where it is needed most. Sign up as a Founding Member here to stay updated when we launch later this year.
