• Wait, what is happening with Supernatural?

  Supernatural is being reborn. Same coaches, same DNA, same obsession with making fitness feel like the best part of your day — now under a new, independent company we’re starting from the ground up. The next chapter is going to be even better than the last one, and we want you involved from day one.

• When will the new Supernatural go live?

  We’re aiming to relaunch the VR experience in fall 2026.

• Who is behind this?

  The original founders and coaches, along with a small, core team — with the same Supernatural mission driving us all.

• Will Supernatural still be on Quest? What happens to the app I’m using today?

  Yes, the new Supernatural experience is coming to Quest. When the new service is ready later this year, we’ll send clear instructions on how to sign up. Register here to be first to get details.

• What about my account, streaks, and music from before?

  The new service will start on fresh accounts and a new privacy policy, so subscriptions won’t transfer. We’re working hard on letting you bring your history forward — streaks, badges, join date, favorites — and we’ll do as much of it as we can. We’re doing our best to offer as much of what you’ve loved from Supernatural to the new service. The music library will contain as much of the original catalog as we can and will grow and evolve further over time.

• What about my current subscription?

• Are you raising the price?

  Yes. As a fresh new independent company, we want to continue to pay the team industry salaries with real benefits, sign our own music deals, invest in new features and give the coaches you love a career instead of a side gig. The new price is what lets us do all of that and keep the bar high — for years, not just a season. Founding Members will help us get started with a founder discount as a thank you for being there from the start of this new chapter. Subscribers who join after we launch will pay full price.

• How do I become a Founding Member?

  Sign up for an account on WeAreSupernatural.com. That’s the whole thing. No payment, no card, no catch. Founding Members are the people on the list from day one — you get the new service in your hands before anyone else, you lock in our founding rate for your first year, and you help us spread the word as we rebuild.

• What are Supernatural Scholarships?

  Taking care of your body and mind shouldn’t feel out of reach, which is why we offer a limited number of quarterly scholarships to lift up community members whose financial challenges have made it extremely difficult to prioritize their health and fitness.
