Supernatural Scholarships

Supernatural Scholarships is a membership assistance program for people who would otherwise be unable to participate at the new membership price.

During our first year back, we will make up to 100 twelve-month scholarships available. Recipients receive Supernatural at no cost for twelve months.

Every Supernatural subscription carries real ongoing costs, including music licensing and the infrastructure required to deliver the experience. Those costs continue for every scholarship recipient, even though the membership is free.

Supernatural Scholarships are available in the United States and Canada only.

Please include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address connected to your Supernatural account, or the address you plan to use.
  3. Your country or territory.
  4. Whether you are a current, former, or prospective Supernatural member.
  5. Confirmation that you have access to a compatible headset.
  6. A paragraph explaining why assistance would make it possible for you to participate with Supernatural.
  7. This statement, copied exactly: “I am 18 or older, the information above is accurate, and I have read and agree to the Supernatural Scholarship Terms and Privacy Policy.”

To protect your privacy, please send only the information requested and do not attach documents. Do not include medical, health, disability, or benefits information, tax returns, bank statements, identification numbers, payment details, or private information about other people. We do not require financial documents or proof of income. Anything of that kind that reaches us is deleted and not used in reviewing your application. Scholarship terms

About this program

Supernatural Scholarships is a complimentary membership offered by Supernatural Health LLC, a for-profit company. It is not a scholarship for tax or educational purposes and it is not a charitable grant. Recipients are responsible for any taxes that may apply.

No purchase or contribution is necessary to apply, and purchasing anything from Supernatural does not affect selection.

Supernatural may modify, suspend, or end this program at any time. Selection is at Supernatural’s sole discretion and all decisions are final. Void where prohibited.

How these terms apply

You accept these Scholarship Terms when you send us an application containing the statement described under “How to apply.” If you are awarded a scholarship, you will also accept the Supernatural Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when you create or sign in to your Supernatural account, and those govern your membership, including billing and dispute resolution. These Scholarship Terms supplement them, and where the two differ about the scholarship itself, these Scholarship Terms control.

Eligibility and duration

Applicants must be 18 or older. Each scholarship lasts twelve months and is available in the United States and Canada only. Recipients must meet Supernatural’s age, account, hardware, and territory requirements.

What a scholarship covers

A scholarship provides Supernatural membership at no charge for twelve months. There is nothing to pay, and you do not need to give us a payment method to hold a scholarship.

Selection

Applications are reviewed privately based on stated need and program availability. Submission does not guarantee selection. Supernatural may maintain a waiting list.

Activation and use

Recipients must activate by the deadline in their award email. Scholarships are personal, nontransferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold.

Supernatural may release a scholarship that is not activated by that deadline, or if the membership remains unused for 60 consecutive days.

When your scholarship ends

A scholarship covers twelve months and does not renew. Your membership ends on the last day of your twelve month term. We will not charge you on that date and your membership will not continue automatically.

We will email you at least fourteen days before your term ends to tell you the end date and the standard price at that time. Standard pricing is currently $20 per month or $200 per year and may change. If you want to keep your membership, you can start a paid membership at the price in effect on that date. If you would rather not continue, you do not need to do anything and you will owe nothing.

We do not hold a payment method for your scholarship, so there is nothing for us to charge when your term ends. You will only ever be charged if you choose to start a paid membership yourself.

If we offer a further scholarship cycle, you are welcome to apply to it. We cannot promise that a further cycle will be offered or that any application will succeed.

Accuracy and misuse

Supernatural may withdraw a scholarship obtained through materially false information, transfer, resale, or other abuse.

Privacy

We use what you send only to review your application and administer this program. Only the small team reviewing applications can read them. We do not use application information for marketing, we do not add it to your account profile, and we do not share it with advertising partners. We delete applications from outside the United States and Canada on receipt.

We delete unsuccessful applications within 30 days of the program closing, and we keep a record of award decisions for as long as we need them to administer the scholarship and prevent misuse. Applicants should not submit tax returns, bank statements, Social Security numbers, medical records, or similar sensitive documents, and should not include medical, health, disability, or benefits information in their statement. Anything of that kind that reaches us is deleted and not used in reviewing the application. This section supplements the Supernatural Privacy Policy.
