Promotional Discount Terms

These Promotional Terms (“Promotional Terms”) govern your participation in the new member sign-up promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Supernatural Health LLC (“Supernatural,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Promotional Terms supplement and are subject to our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). In the event of any conflict between these Promotional Terms and the Terms of Use, these Promotional Terms shall control solely with respect to the subject matter of the Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and the Terms of Use.

1. Promotion Overview

The Promotion offers eligible users a discount on their first year of membership to Supernatural’s virtual fitness and wellness application (such application, the “Supernatural App” and such discounted membership, the “Discounted Membership”). The specific discount amount or percentage will be displayed at the time of sign-up and is subject to change at Supernatural’s discretion prior to your completion of a qualifying purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

(a) You must create a new account on Supernatural’s website during the promotional registration window, which begins on 3rd June 2026 and ends when the VR application first goes live (the “Registration Window”).
(b) You must be a new user. This Promotion is available exclusively to users who create a new account on Supernatural’s website. For purposes of this Promotion, users who previously held accounts or memberships with an earlier version of the Supernatural application will still be considered “new users” eligible for this Promotion, provided they create a new account during the Registration Window. However, prior account credentials, membership history, or account data from legacy versions of the Supernatural application will not transfer to the new account.
(c) You must purchase a membership subscription for the Supernatural App at the promotional rate on or before December 31, 2026 (the “Redemption Deadline”).
(d) You must reside in a jurisdiction where the Promotion and the membership are available.

3. Discount Terms

The promotional discount applies solely to the first twelve (12) months of your membership subscription (the “Initial Subscription Term”), beginning on the date your paid subscription commences. The discount applies once per user and once per account. The promotional discount is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. The promotional discount may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, coupon, or discount unless expressly stated otherwise by Supernatural in writing.

4. Subscription Renewal and Pricing After the Initial Subscription Term

Upon expiration of the Initial Subscription Term, your membership subscription will automatically renew at the then-current published subscription rate, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the Initial Subscription Term in accordance with the cancellation procedures set forth in the Terms of Use. The then-current published subscription rate may differ from the rate in effect at the time you initially subscribed and may be higher than the undiscounted rate available at the time of your original purchase.

5. Modification and Termination of the Promotion

Supernatural reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, provided that any such modification or termination shall not affect promotional discounts that have already been redeemed by signing up for a subscription to the Supernatural App prior to the date of modification or termination. Supernatural reserves the right to revoke eligibility or rescind a promotional discount where it reasonably determines that a user has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, manipulation, or any violation of these Promotional Terms or the Terms of Use.

6. Disclaimers

The Promotion is offered on an “as available” basis. Supernatural makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of the Promotion through the end of the Registration Window or the Redemption Deadline and may exhaust or limit the number of promotional discounts available at its sole discretion. Supernatural is not responsible for any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, or delay that prevents a user from registering, redeeming, or otherwise participating in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee that the Supernatural App or any particular feature thereof will be available at any specific time. The features, content, and functionality of the Supernatural App are subject to change.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Promotional Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Promotional Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Use.
