To our Supernatural athletes,

Over the last few months, we’ve watched this community show up for Supernatural in a way that genuinely humbled us. Your messages, videos, and stories reminded us how much it means to build something people truly rely on, and how much responsibility comes with that.

For many of you, Supernatural was never just a VR workout app. It became part of your life. For some, the first kind of exercise that ever really stuck. For others, it’s where you found your community of friends.

Your messages and posts moved us.

So here’s the big news: We’re coming back as an independent company.

The coaches are returning. New workouts are on the way. But we have to do this together.

This fall, we will launch a new Supernatural. We get to do this because of you, but we want to be honest about what that takes. We’re returning to our roots and plan to build major parts of the technology from the ground up as a much smaller company. A while back, the subscription price was lowered to make Supernatural more accessible, and we still believe in that goal. To keep building independently, and continue delivering the experience you expect, we need to return to the original $20/month and we haven’t made that decision lightly.

Here’s what stays the same:

All your coaches, back on day one
Your supportive community and direct access to the SN team
New workouts and future features built with your feedback

Here’s what’s changing:

A new, independent Supernatural, coming to the Quest store this fall
Your Founding Member rate: $180 for your first year
After that, it’s $20/month or $200/year
Supernatural Scholarships, to help community members in financial need cover the cost

The early days won’t be perfect, but our small team is committed to building the Supernatural you know and love and taking it to the next level. We are so grateful for everything you’re capable of, in the app and outside of it. Thank you for showing up for Supernatural, and for each other.
